Remember that we are running our voir dire simulations over the next two days in class! Check your Mastery Work assignment sheet if you are not sure what this is about: CLICK HERE FOR MASTERY.
If you are a LAWYER tomorrow, make sure you have planned your persona and talked to your group about which questions you will be asking.
If you are a JUROR tomorrow, make sure you have thought out how to get into character as your assigned juror.
Things to consider as you prepare for your role are:
Juror's background (married? kids? job? interests?):
Juror's character traits (personality!):
How you will walk while in character...
How you will sit while in character...
How you will speak (tone of voice) while in character...
How you will respond to different types of questions while in character...
Any additional details you plan to make part of your character (as long as it doesn’t contradict anything we learned in the play!)...
