The first paragraph should address the nature of Dr. King's argument.
Topic sentence is a claim about what his argument is, E/E is multiple examples of evidence he uses and how he uses it to support the argument, and your analysis should discuss the connection between his argument and some of the legal philosophies we have been studying AND/OR it's importance/impact in our society.
The second paragraph should address how Dr. King ORGANIZED his argument to be powerfully persuasive.
Topic sentence is a claim about his rhetorical style or his method of organizing ideas. Evidence and explanation should provide textual evidence in support of your claim, and the analysis should discuss the effectiveness of the choices he made in structure, diction, etc.
